PathFactory is being recognized for giving back to their community with a 2020 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius
September 23, 2020
Today TrustRadius has recognized PathFactory, the Intelligent Content Platform for B2B marketers, with a 2020 Tech Cares Award. This award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their communities and clients with support during the COVID-19 crisis.
“B2B marketers may not be on the front lines of this pandemic, but they are accountable for the experiences their companies provide to their customers. They’ve had to adapt very quickly to an all-digital world while also facing budget cuts, layoffs, and market volatility,” said Dev Ganesan, President and CEO of PathFactory. “Our focus at PathFactory over the last six months has been to innovate just as quickly by developing products and resources to help marketers thrive in these increasingly uncertain conditions.”
“We are excited to announce our first-ever Tech Cares Award Winners,” said TrustRadius CEO Vinay Bhagat. “This pandemic isn’t just a test of fortitude. It’s an opportunity to distinguish yourself. We have been completely inspired by the way the B2B technology industry responded to COVID-19. So many companies pivoted with grace, leading to many of them standing out in our minds as major community contributors during this time. Not only do we feel that these companies are deserving of recognition—we also consider their example when deciding how we ourselves can find new ways to give back.”
To be accepted for the Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated above-and-beyond caring during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team.
In addition to nominations, the Tech Cares Award was also given on the basis of reviewer feedback on TrustRadius. Organizations whose reviews clearly illustrated how much they care during this crisis have also been recognized.
To support B2B marketers and our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, PathFactory announced Virtual Event Experience (VEX), a new solution that powers immersive virtual events for visitors, and gives marketing and sales teams insight into the engagement of every attendee; released the first-ever Content Engagement Report to help marketers understand how COVID-19 changed B2B content consumption in 2020; and provided charitable organizations like DC Central Kitchen, a non-profit and social enterprise that combats hunger and poverty through job training and job creation, with complimentary access to PathFactory’s Intelligent Content Platform so they could deliver timely, relevant content about their COVID-19 response to their community.
Leading enterprise and mid-market B2B companies use PathFactory to accelerate nurture, improve win rates, and understand content performance by delivering intelligent content experiences and virtual events across the buyer’s journey. Using insights and automation to connect people with content, PathFactory removes friction for B2B buyers. PathFactory was recently recognized by Deloitte as one of North America’s Technology Fast 500 and Canada’s Technology Fast 50 companies. It was also named the 2020 Top-Rated Content Marketing Software by TrustRadius, a Summer 2020 Content Experience Leader by G2, and a 2019 Cool Vendor in Technology Marketing by Gartner.
