PathFactory Hires Silicon Valley Veteran As Chief Technology Officer

Bhanu Mohanty brings critical enterprise AI and big data expertise to support the next phase of PathFactory’s growth

Today PathFactory, the Intelligent Content Platform, announced that it has appointed Bhanu Mohanty to the newly-created role of Chief Technology Officer, leading the company’s global software engineering, infrastructure, QA, and project management teams.

As CTO, Mohanty will scale the company’s big data and AI-based offerings to continue to drive value for the enterprise and mid-market B2B companies using PathFactory to deliver a more relevant, personalized journey for every prospect and customer.

“The enterprise architecture expertise Bhanu brings to the table will be critical to PathFactory growing from hundreds of B2B customers to thousands, and from millions of content asset views to billions, in the coming years,” said Dev Ganesan, President and CEO of PathFactory. “I’m thrilled to welcome Bhanu to PathFactory and to be working with him again.”

Mohanty has held senior technical leadership roles at software companies in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly two decades, including as Vice President, Engineering at SAP, Chief Technology Officer at Fishbowl and most recently, Vice President and Chief Architect at Punchh, a leading loyalty and engagement platform for restaurants and retailers. He also holds four patents related to security, business rules management, and analytics.

“PathFactory’s Intelligent Content Platform is a key piece of the martech stack at hundreds of the largest and most innovative companies in the world. I’m excited to join and collaborate with such a talented team, and support the next phase of the company’s growth,” said Mohanty.

Executive Vice President of Innovation Dan Ng will work closely with co-founder and Chief Product Officer Nick Edouard, shifting his focus toward strategic innovation, managing the product roadmap, and delivering greater value to PathFactory customers through integrations, incorporating customer feedback, and insights derived from content engagement data.

“As one of our earliest employees, Dan has proven himself invaluable to the company, and his greatest strength is bridging the gap between our customers, our partners, and our Intelligent Content Platform. As PathFactory grows, we need to continue listening to and sharing insights with our customers more than ever before, and Dan is uniquely positioned to lead this critical function within the company,” said Edouard.
